PARAPHRASE OF TELEGRAM from the Governor of Hong

Japanese Consul has enquired indirectly whether Government of Hong Kong will proclaim a public holiday on the occasion of funeral of Emperor of Japandad. There is no pracadant for such action here but the Japanese would appreciate and if you approve I will not object.
